Restaurant
Founder of Mapo and Executive Chef Chung Jae Lee has created our restaurant menu from the thousands of food ideas that have been steamed, stirred and styled inside Mapo’s kitchen over the last eight years.
From the celebrated tradition of kimchi and dullsot bibimbap to the unique creations of coffee infused pork ribs and crying tiger wagyu, each dish reflects Mapo’s unique fusion of Korean and Western ideologies – where East meets West with a focus for local, organic produce.
Enjoy your experience at Mapo!!
